1. What structural work does DAS perform?

Certified maintenance, repair, and overhaul on large airframe structures—fuselage and wing sections, nacelles (fan/inlet/core cowls, thrust reversers), radomes, flight controls (flaps, slats, rudders, ailerons), and floor/structural panels—across composites and sheet metal.

2. Are your facilities FAA & EASA Part 145?

Yes. DAS operates as a fully certified FAA and EASA Part 145 Repair Station, ensuring all work meets strict international aviation standards.

3. Do you provide rapid AOG structural support?

Yes. 24/7 on-site structural teams mobilize globally to reduce downtime and return aircraft to service in full compliance, supported by turnkey mobile logistics and Level III NDT oversight as required.

4. Do you offer DER repairs for major components?

Yes — where eligible. We provide FAA-approved DER repairs for oversized or complex components that OEMs often mark as replace-only, typically reducing lead time and cost.

5. What composite repair methods do you use?

QCR for minor damage, bonded repairs with controlled heat/pressure, and bolted repairs for larger restorations—executed under validated cure profiles and environmental controls.

6. Do you handle sheet-metal work alongside composites?

Yes. Precision forming, blends, and riveted/bolted restorations on metallic and hybrid structures—finished to OEM-equivalent standards.

7. Can you provide painting and protective coatings after the repair?

Yes. Downdraft paint rooms and controlled finishing deliver OEM-equivalent coatings and corrosion protection.

8. How do I get started or request a capability list?

Contact our team or request a quote. We’ll scope your need and share our capability list for applicable platforms and components.
