DAS — Diverse Aero Services
📍 5050 NW 36th Avenue, Miami, FL 33142
When an aircraft goes AOG, minutes matter. Miami isn’t just convenient—it’s the strategic launchpad to get assets safely airborne across the U.S., the Caribbean, and Latin America. At DAS, we run a 24/7 mobile structural response as an FAA Part 145 repair station with EASA Part-145 approval, delivering on-site teams and audit-ready Return to Service (RTS) so operators can stop counting ground minutes and start planning the next sector.
Miami connects major hubs, spares pipelines, and customs corridors—meaning engineers, tooling, and certified materials reach your aircraft faster. From our Miami base we deploy to line stations and remote fields, syncing with Maintenance Control in real time so minimum time on ground isn’t a promise—it’s a plan.
Result: Launching from Miami consistently trims hours off mobilization and customs, preventing local AOGs from cascading into multi-fleet schedule disruptions.

A structural AOG is more than a fault code; it’s operational risk. Speed without compliance is a gamble. We bring both.

We repair composites and sheet metal on wing using bonded (scarf/adhesive/vacuum/heat-cured) or bolted (doubler/fastener) methods as the approved data dictates.
For bonded work, we validate cures with thermocouples, vacuum charts, and recorded time/temperature profiles in controlled enclosures. Every job generates quality control records: material certificates and shelf-life logs, calibration proof, cure records, non-destructive testing results, photos, and a release package mapped to the correct FAA Form 8130-3 / EASA Form 1—so your Return to Service is audit-ready and durable, not just fast.
Our engineering-led mobile teams deploy with the right mix of structures technicians and Level III NDT oversight. That’s how heavy fuselage and primary-structure events are solved on wing, not “when hangar time opens.”
We operate under FAA Part 145 repair station with EASA Part-145 approval procedures and full traceability: approved data, qualified NDT, controlled materials, and as-run logs mapped to the correct release documentation. Where it makes sense, we pursue DER-approved data to keep you compliant and on schedule without waiting on OEM queues.
Our 24/7 Operations Desk coordinates teams, tooling, and certified materials from the first call. Pre-packed structural repair kits move with door-to-door logistics—permits and customs handled end-to-end to prevent delays.
How fast can you mobilize?
Coordination starts on the first call; dispatch windows vary by station and customs. The Operations Desk is 24/7.
Do you work outside your facilities?
Yes. On-site is our baseline for AOG structural events across the Americas.
Are repairs certified?
Yes. We are an FAA Part 145 repair station with EASA Part-145 approval, providing full traceability and the correct FAA Form 8130-3 / EASA Form 1.
Do you validate radomes and flight controls?
Yes. Balance/functional checks and validation per approved data.
